Shelby County Man Accused of Having Child Pornography

The Shelby County State's attorney announced the arrest of a man on multiple child pornography charges.
Donald Plunkett, 56, of Findlay Illinois was arrested January 31st, said the Shelby County State's Attorney.
Plunkett appeared in court Wednesday charged with 22 counts of possession and distribution of child pornography.
Of those, according to the state's attorney, six counts are for possession of videos of children under the age of 13, eight are for under the age of 18, and eight are for distribution of under age 13.
If convicted, Plunkett could face up to 30 years in prison, and lifetime registration as a sexual predator.
A judge set Plunkett's bond at $500,000 and he will appear in court again on February 6th.
