A Paris company is planning an expansion that will lead to new jobs in the city, and they might get grant money to help.
Paris City Administrator Michael Martin said GSI, a local grain bin manufacturer, is planning a 150,000 square foot expansion to add more warehouse space at the company.
He said the expansion will lead to the addition of 50 new employees at GSI and says the city has applied for grant money to help fund the project.
He hopes to know by the end of March if they'll receive the funds for the expansion.
