A Marshall teen pleads not guilty in an animal cruelty investigation.
18-year-old Chazz Lindsey appeared in court this week, he's charged with animal cruelty as part of an investigation that began late last year.
Police say two juveniles are also facing charges of aggravated cruelty to animals, their names haven't been released.
Lindsey returns to court February 17th.
