Eastern Illinois University staff members are being excused from duty to hear the president speak.
The President of Eastern Illinois University, David Glassman, has invited the campus community to a State of the University address.
Glassman will talk about a budget update, the strength of the university, and his vision for the future.
The address will take place a week from today at 3:30 in the Doudna Fine Arts Center's Dvorak Concert Hall.
