FBI Asks Public for Help to Identify Man

The FBI referred to the man pictured as Jone Doe 49.
The bureau believes he has information on the identity of a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation.
The photo is believed to have been taken during or before July of 2024.
The FBI said they believe he's between 45 and 65, is bald and has a dark goatee.
He has at least five tattoos; the word "Dabby" on the right side of his chest, the number 197 on his left bicep and more tattoos across his arms, the bureau said.
