The Christian County Crimestoppers need the public's help with information on a posssible animal abuse investigation.
The organization said the investigation involves two cats.
According to Crimestoppers, the cats sustained injuries to their ears and those injuries don't appear to be accidental.
The incident happened in the 300 block of West Adams Street in Taylorville, said Crimestoppers.
Crimestoppers will pay a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to an arrest.
Officials said residents can remain anonymous.
