It's not too late to get your flu shot!
Health experts said flu season is usually between December to March, but can continue through May.
They also said it is important to stay up to date with your vaccines to keep you, your family, and the community safe.
"It takes about two weeks for your body to adjust to the vaccine and build up antibodies, so the sooner you get the vaccine the better," said St. Anthony's officials.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 63,000 people nationwide were admitted to hospitals last week with the flu.
Health officials said six pediatric deaths have been reported this season.
