FBI Seeks Victims of Man Charged with Producing Child Porn

Tuesday, 13 December 2022

Federal investigators are looking for additional victims of a Shelby County man indicted on charges of producing, receiving and possessing child pornography.

A federal grand jury indicted Trent Lilly, 44, of Mode December 6. Investigators reported finding images of child pornography on devices owned by Lilly, including some videos that appeared to be produced by Lilly, according to the criminal complaint against him.

Authorities arrested Lilly in Chicago November 15 as he was returning from travel to Thailand, according to the U.S. Attorney's office. In 2014, Lilly began frequently traveling to Thailand and the Phillipines, countries associated with sex tourism, according to the complaint.

Federal investigators believe Lilly contacted victims in person and engaged in illegal activity for several years. They are seeking public help identifying people who were used or asked by Lilly to produce sexually explicit videos or photos or engage in sex acts while under age 18.

The FBI has established a website through which people with information relevant to the investigation can submit information or details confidentially.
