Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with threatening notes found at Pana High School, Illinois State Police announced Friday.

On Wednesday, someone found a note in a Pana High School bathroom saying “There’s a shooter in the school right now.” Administrators locked down both the high school and junior high school, but police found no active threat.

Then, on Thursday, someone found a second threatening message in a bathroom stall; the two threats are separate, police said.
