A high profile murder case will be highlighted at an event at Eastern Illinois University.
Yingying Zhang was kidnapped and killed more than two years ago.
Prosecutors say Brendt Christensen lured Zhang into his car in June 2017, tortured and killed her.
Her body hasn't been found.
Christensen was convicted of kidnapping resulting in death and is serving a life sentence.
A lecture dedicated to the case will take place February 19th in the Dounda Fine Arts Center starting at seven.
EIU instructor and reporter Joe Astrouski will be joined by the Champaign News Gazette's Ben Zigterman, who was the primary reporter in the case.
The event is free and open to the public.
