Hodgson Mill Flour Recall

A local company is recalling a five pound bag of flour.
Officials said Hodgson Mill in Effingham is voluntarily recalling their unbleached all-purpose white wheat flour.
They said the recall is because of a potential presence of pathogenic E-coli.
Officials said consumers who bought the flour with specific lot codes are to stop using the product immediately and return them to stores for a full refund.
Officials said the flour recall is for bags with the expiration dates of October 1, 2020 and October 2, 2020, the lot numbers are 001042 and 005517.
