A year old fire case is now suspected to be a murder.
Urbana Police say 33-year-old John Elkins, pictured below, is suspected to have set the fire that killed 59-year-old Dale Glissendorf last January.
During the fire investigation they learned property had been stolen before the fire was set, and Elkins had temporarily stayed with the victim
Elkins is currently in police custody on unrelated charges, and his bond is set at one million dollars.
