Budget problems force another school to raise tuition.
The Parkland College board approved a $200 tuition increase Wednesday night.
Officials say they are hoping this increase will help them slowly get out of a $3.5 million budget deficit.
The changes will go into effect starting this summer, and continue through next school year.
Officials say, the college has not yet received any of its $5 million expected from the state.
