A Terre Haute officer charged in a domestic incident is suspended without pay.
Officials say 41-year-old Danial Armentrout's suspension will remain in place pending the outcome of his June 28th trial.
Armentrout, who was off duty at the time of the incident, faces charges of criminal confinement, intimidation, criminal trespassing, and battery.
Police say in December they were called to an apartment by a female who claimed she had an unwanted guest.
The woman alleged her boyfriend was in the apartment, refused to leave and threatened to kill her.
