Terre Haute Officer Charged

A trial date is been set for a Terre Haute officer charged in a domestic incident.
Officials say 41-year-old Danial Armentrout, pictured below, has a trial scheduled for June 28th.
Armentrout, who was off duty at the time of the incident, faces charges of criminal confinement, intimidation, criminal trespassing, and battery.
Police say in December they were called to an apartment by a female who claimed she had an unwanted guest.
The woman alleged her boyfriend was in the apartment, refused to leave and threatened to kill her.
Officials say Armentrout was placed on administrative leave and his firearms, badge, and vehicle were taken.
