Phillips Running Again

A local legislator is running for another term.
State Representative Reggie Phillips announced he will seek a second term in the 110th district.
Phillips says his top priorities are to change the economic climate in Illinois, and to enact new business reforms.
Phillips won the representative seat back in 2014 where he ran unopposed.
