The University of Illinois is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from a former graduate student.
Hye-Young Park is suing the school's board of trustees along with others, after she claims the administration retailiated against after she accused a visiting researcher of sexual harassment.
Park claims the board denied responsibility since the researcher was not an employee.
She also claims a professor, who had agreed to work with her, cancelled after she made the accusation.
Park is suing for $6 million.
