Hackers are somehow getting the personal information of Charleston residents including social security numbers. I learned today, many of those affected are faculty and staff members at a local university. News Watch also spoke with another victim today who didn't want to go on camera. She did tell us the IRS has a tax fraud form victims must fill out and it's on their website; you need to search for form 14039.
