After after almost five years in court a Champaign County man found guilty of murder finally recieves his sentence.
Officials say Brian Maggio is sentenced to 65 years in prison for the murder of his younger brother.
Maggio was found guilty on two counts - first degree murder and intentional discharge of a firearm.
Police say Maggio originally pleaded guilty but withdrew his original plea hoping to be acquitted of all charges in a new trial.
Officials say Maggio shot and killed his brother outside their family-owned IGA grocery store back in 2010.
