Village officials said a scam text is going out to residents asking them to fill out an important survey.
The text starts with a name and claims to be conducting a survey on issues important to residents of Dieterich, said officials.
Officials said this is not a survey from the Village of Dieterich or any affiliated group and to proceed with caution if you choose to click on it.
