Teutopolis High School Incident Update

A man is facing two charges of grooming a minor after his arrest at Teutopolis High School.
Effingham County State's Attorney Bryan Kibler said 29-year-old Antonio Ferto Castorena of Maywood, Illinois, faces the grooming charges and a charge of traveling to meet a minor, after an incident at the school.
Police said an investigation started when school officials learned of possible inappropriate social media contact between Castorena and a student.
Castorena returns to court February 27th.
