Wolfgang Moessinger Comes to U of I

European Union Day is being celebrated by the University of Illinois.
University officials said German Diplomat Wolfgang Moessinger will be the day's keynote speaker.
Officials said Moessinger's speech will be on democracy versus authoritarianism, and will use the fall of the Berlin Wall as an example.
They said the speech will be on February 21st at 10:30 am in the Levis Center.
