A Paris business has received the final portion of a large grant officials said has led to job growth.
Paris City Administrator Michael Martin said Simonton Windows' parent company PlyGem received $400,000 to build a new production line.
He said the new line has led to 40 new jobs at the facility, which right now employs more than 500 workers.
The money for the improvements comes from Paris' Jasper Street TIF fund.
Martin said the company has invested over $6,000,000 in their Paris factory.
