An urgent need for blood donors tops tonight's Health Watch.
The American Red Cross said with the rise in flu cases and the cancellation of blood drives due to weather supplies are running out.
The organization said there's an urgent need for all types of blood, especially type O.
There's a couple of blood drives coming up in our area on Friday January 31st including Mattoon Middle School at 3:15 and the Apostolic Life Center starting at 1:30.
