The vice president of the Beijing Supreme Court is visiting Eastern Illinois University.
Justice Jingmin Zhai will be speaking through an interpreter on the rule of law in China.
The free forum is open to the public and will allow them to learn and ask questions about China's judicial system.
The event takes place in Eastern's Lumpkin Hall Auditorium at 7:00pm with a reception following at 8:30pm.
