A Neoga man is arrested in Mattoon on several burgarly charges.
Police say 44-year-old Ted Morecraft is responsible for numerous burglaries to cars, storage units and houses in Mattoon and rural Coles County.
Police say the arrest comes after several months of investigation between Mattoon Police and the Coles County Sheriff's Department.
