An Effingham man convicted three times for DUI gets picked up again for the same crime.
On Sunday, police said Gregory Yocum was arrested for DUI after crashing his vehicle on a county road in Watson Township.
He'll appear in court on those charges October 13th.
Yocum is also facing charges in another drunk driving case.
He was arrested last Christmas after police said he was involved in an accident that resulted in the death of Wesley Blumer.
Yocum is facing an aggravated DUI charge in that case.
