The Neoga Board of Education is seeking input from parents on issues affecting the district's financial future.
The district has struggled financially for sometime and earlier this year cut several teachers and staff.
School officials want residents to share their thoughts in the a form of a survey.
The survey includes questions on program cuts and consolidating.
Surveys can be completed online with a link provided on the Neoga's website or they can be done in person at the unit office.
They must be finished by 4 p.m. on Monday.
