An investigation is underway into a Coles County gymnastics coach.
Coles County State's Attorney Brian Bower says State Police have been conducting that investigation.
Bower tells News Watch the investigation is related to allegations of an unauthorized video recording at the Sun Elite athletic club.
Court documents say 33-year-old Zachary Lawson turned himself in Tuesday to the Coles County jail.
News Watch learned Lawson has since posted bond.
Lawson is the owner and head of teams at Sun Elite, located between Mattoon and Charleston on Loxa Road.
His first court appearance is set for September 21st.
