A Terre Haute man died at a local water landmark.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources said Mario Luis Cordozo died Monday after his body was recovered from Cataract Falls in Owen County.
They said Cordozo was swimming and appeared to get tired before disappearing in the water.
They said the area has multiple signs saying swimming is prohibited.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing, but no foul play is suspected.
