A meat locker in Stewardson issus a recall.
T & L Locker is recalling 100 pounds of uninspected smoke pork sold at a business in Arthur.
The Illinois Department of Agriculture discovered the potential health hazard during an investigation that is ongoing.
Inspectors determined products included in the recall were not produced using safety standards that would eliminate risks from biological, chemical and physical hazards.
The department says no reports of illness have been reported.
The smoked pork products were processed by T & L Locker and are labeled "Processed For Shady Crest Farm Market".
The products were sold in Douglas and Moultrie counties between June 6, 2015 and July 7, 2015.
The products are wrapped in white butcher paper, have the date code: "JUN 05 2015", and bear the establishment number "229" inside the Illinois Mark of Inspection.
The following is a list of the uninspected and misbranded pork products subject to the recall:
• 1.5 pound packages of cured/smoked jowl
• 2 pound packages of bacon
• 2.5 pound packages of smoked ham steaks
