A fire at Country View Estates Apartments in Charleston is still under investigation.
On Wednesday a fire broke out in the front room of an office while owner Shirley
Orca-Scrogins was away.
Neighbor Shayla Mumaw called fire crews after she smelled something burning and found smoke rolling out of a broken window.
Mumaw alerted the neighbor next door and got him to safety.
Officials say no one was hurt.
