An investigation regarding a religious service at a public high school is complete.
Last month, a Catholic priest conducted an Ash Wednesday service for high school students at Centennial High School before students left for a field trip at the request of a teacher.
School officials say the service was not permissable under board policy, or a federal law called the Equal Access Act.
News Watch contacted the Champaign Unit Four District earlier today, they won't comment on disciplinary action.
They would tell us the situation prompted additional training to staff on laws governing religion in public schools.
