Jordan Kollman, Jesse Kollman and Jayden Reynolds are accused of a hate crime after an altercation at White Oak Park in Paris on April 3. The Kollmans and Reynolds, a group of white men, allegedly approached and threatened a group of three black men who were night fishing that evening, including Danville Alderman Jaleel Jones.
