The Charleston Police department is warning the public about more telephone scams.
Officials say the scammers are claiming to be from the National Police and Trooper Association and also the
IRS.
They say the scammers are asking for debit and credit card information.
Charleston police are warning not to give credit card information out over the phone.
Officials say call police if you believe you've been a victim.
